I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The check-in clerk was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome right from the start. The room I stayed in was located in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing me with much-needed rest. The breakfast options were excellent, with a good variety of food to choose from. The attendant at the breakfast area was also very nice and accommodating. I was impressed by the engaging staff at this hotel. They went beyond just basic greetings, taking the time to have conversations with me and suggesting restaurants and points of interest in the area. It was evident that they genuinely cared about ensuring I enjoyed my stay.

Great staff made our family feel at home. Went out of there way help us have a birthday party for our daughter.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Exceptional staff provided extra towels and blankets. Excellent water pressure and temperature, easily adjustable room temperature. Convenient location near restaurants and gas stations.

The room was huge and wonderful. The location for Dickson was marvelous, not far from Dickson, TN. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Fossie Bar-b-Que. I came here for 1 night and had an awesome stay.

The comfortable beds and the quietness of the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the place was very clean. It;s right off of the interstate. Very good hotel.

The road to get into the hotel wasn't very easy to locate we went through other businesses parking lots to reach it and the pool was not heated.

The room was warm and perfect with a wonderfully comfortable bed and sofa. The hotel is located not far from Nashville and the Storyteller's Museum.

That was attractive and comfy hotel set in fairly nice area, near a couple good restaurants as well as major attractions. We really enjoyed the convenience of the a double room with wonderfully comfortable bed.

The staff was very caring, and the hotel is clean and appealing. The rooms were quite spacious and had a wonderfully comfortable bed.

We were visiting family for Christmas and chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Dickson. It was the nicest hotel in the area and definitely worth the price. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping us get the perfect room upon arrival. The room was clean, well laid out, and didn't have any lingering odors. The bed was comfortable with cozy linens. The hot breakfast had a good selection, and check-in/check-out was easy. The location, behind O'Charley's restaurant and two gas stations/shopettes, was quiet and convenient.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was quiet. My room was comfortable.

The maid missed cleaning my room one day and I got back late so I went to the desk for towels. The man at the desk was not apologetic. Somehow it was my fault my room was not cleaned. No big deal.
